About This Activity
Join GFS Boys Varsity Soccer Coach Sam McIlvain (USSF A License, NSCAA Advanced National Diploma), Varsity Girls Soccer Coach and former professional player Manolo Sanchez, for a week of soccer camp! Our coaches are joined by other USSF and USC licensed coaches from around the city to provide campers with a fun, positive and rewarding soccer camp experience. This camp is appropriate for motivated novice through advanced players, with an emphasis on soccer ball mastery, creativity, vision, and decision making. By exposing campers to progressive activities (simple repetitions to free play) that promote guided self-discovery, coaches aim to improve campers’ skills and understanding of “the beautiful game.” Soccer Camp includes swimming at Germantown Cricket Club! TENNIS CLINICS are also available this week for campers Rising 3rd - 5th if you would like to opt-in to have your child join Soccer Camp for the remainder of the day. Please note: There is no camp on June 19th
