About This Activity
Join GFS Boys Varsity Soccer Coach Sam McIlvain (USSF A License, NSCAA Advanced National Diploma), Middle School Soccer Coach Alex Shuptar (USSF A License, USSf Coaching License) and Varsity Girls Soccer Coach and former professional player Manolo Sanchez, for a week of soccer camp! Our coaches are joined by other USSF and USC licensed coaches from around the city to provide campers with a fun, positive and rewarding soccer camp experience. This camp is appropriate for motivated novice through advanced players, with an emphasis on soccer ball mastery, creativity, vision, and decision making. By exposing campers to progressive activities (simple repetitions to free play) that promote guided self-discovery, coaches aim to improve campers’ skills and understanding of “the beautiful game.” Camp includes daily swim time at Germantown Cricket Club! *There is no camp in Friday, June 19th in observance of Juneteenth* Please note: Lunch is NOT included for this camp. Lunch should be packed & brought from home.
