About This Activity
Description
Starbabies: Recommended ages for children 6 months to 3 years and must have an adult in the water with them. Parents are taught how to help their child become comfortable in the water by:
- Getting face wet and breath control
- Jumping in and submerging
- Floating on front and back
- Rolling from front float to back float
- Locomotion on front and back with kicking and pulling
Attendance PolicyAnyone missing the first day of class, must email the facilities’ Pool Manager prior to the start of the class in order to not be automatically dropped from the class session. Saturday, before the first day of lessons, participants will receive a reminder of the upcoming swim lesson, attendance policy and the email address of the Pool Manager. When the first day of class is missed without prior written notification, the next person on the waitlist will be notified of the open spot.
