About This Activity
Join us for another week of swimming lessons and water safety at Ma-Me-O Beach! Lessons will be 30 or 45 minute sessions that will take place between 12:30-4:30PM. Exact lesson times will be sent later to the date, as we form groupings based on registrations to accommodate swimmers the best that we can. These lessons will follow the Lifesaving Society curriculum, however due to their guidelines for minimum time in water per level, we will not be able to give out levels from this week alone! In order to successfully achieve a level, you can complete 1 week of Swimming Lessons at Argentia, or we can give a progress report that can be used next year (at which point 2 weeks of lessons will be completed and a level can be achieved!) This year is a trial at Ma-Me-O Beach! If we get sufficient demand we will add an additional week of lessons next year!
