About This Activity
The Opti Advanced sailing course is for those who have completed the intermediate course. With a focus on building confidence and comfort on the water, this camp focuses on more advanced skills while reinforcing good habits and introducing some race concepts. By the end of this camp our goal is to get your sailor comfortable sailing an Opti single handed in moderate conditions. We tend to have our biggest adventures be a part of Opti Advanced. Sailors completing Opti Advanced camp will be well prepared to join the Opti Sailing team. This is also the camp that most of the current members of the Opti Sailing Team will participate in to get more time on the water and jump start their next season.
