About This Activity
The Opti Intermediate sailing course is perfect for those who have completed the beginner course and are looking for a little more content and sailing time. With a focus on building confidence and comfort on the water, this camp introduces new skills like sail trim and solo sailing while reinforcing good habits. By the end of the week our goal is to get your sailor to experience the joy of sailing an Opti by themselves in light to medium winds. We will utilize games, demonstrations and adventure days to reinforce learning. Completion of Opti Intermediate allows your sailor to progress to Opti Advanced. After taking any Opti camp your sailor is eligible to join our Opti sailing team in the fall!
