About This Activity
This camp is a great introduction to sailing two person dinghies. Vanguard 15's are fast and fun sailboats. Participants can expect to learn how to rig the boats and sail in both the skipper and the crew positions. We will use demonstrations, games and adventures to reinforce sailing concepts. This program is great preparation for those interested in joining either our middle school sailing team, or our high school sailing team. The Vanguard 15 is the boat that we currently use for our middle school team, but is loved by youth and adults alike for its speed and ease of sailing. Age 13-17
