Camp includes instruction, lunch and a camp practice jersey. Campers will need to be dropped off in the morning and picked up in the afternoon for this camp. Hotels and travel arrangements are not provided. Participants must secure their own overnight accommodation and transportation (if needed). Prospect Day Camp is a high-intensity, one-day field hockey experience designed for motivated athletes looking to elevate their game and compete at the next level. Running from 9:00am – 4:00pm, this camp provides a fast-paced, college-style training environment that challenges players both technically and tactically. Campers will train exclusively on water-based turf, gaining valuable experience on the same surface used at the highest levels of the sport. The day will focus on advanced technical skills, speed of play, decision-making, positional work, and competitive game scenarios, with instruction from Princeton University and other experienced coaches who emphasize performance and attention to detail. Athletes will participate in high-level drills, small-sided games, and full-field play, allowing them to showcase their abilities in realistic game situations while receiving feedback to help refine their skills and understanding of the game. In addition to on-field training, campus and athletic facility tours will be offered, giving participants a firsthand look at the college environment and resources available to student-athletes. Prospect Day Camp is ideal for players who are serious about their development and want to experience the intensity, expectations, and training style of the next level in a focused and competitive setting.
