Campers will need to be dropped off in the morning and picked up in the afternoon for this camp. Hotels and travel arrangements are not provided. Participants must secure their own overnight accommodation and transportation (if needed). Tiger Cub Camp is a fun, high-energy field hockey camp designed for girls and boys in grades 3–7 who want to learn, play, and grow in the sport. Running Monday–Thursday from 9:30am–2:00pm, this camp is a perfect introduction for beginners as well as a great opportunity for players with some experience to build confidence and skills. Campers will learn the fundamentals of field hockey, including stick handling, passing, receiving, shooting, and basic game concepts, all taught through age-appropriate instruction and engaging drills. Each day includes a mix of skill development, small-sided games, and larger game play, helping players apply what they learn in a fun and supportive environment. Beyond field hockey skills, Tiger Cub Camp emphasizes sportsmanship, teamwork, communication, and confidence. Campers can expect a balance of structured instruction and classic camp fun, including warm-ups, team challenges, water breaks, lunch time, and game play. Whether your child is picking up a stick for the first time or looking to sharpen their basics, Tiger Cub Camp offers a positive, encouraging atmosphere where players can learn, make friends, and develop a love for the game.
