About This Activity
Fee includes instruction, meals (lunch Day 1, 2 & 3) and a practice jersey. Participants will need to be dropped off and picked up each day of the camp. Hotels and travel arrangements are not provided for this day camp. The camp will be limited to 8 goalies, 24 defense and 36 forwards. The Princeton Girls Ice Hockey Elite Camp is designed for competitive players that have aspirations of playing hockey at the collegiate level. Morning sessions will focus on the fundamentals of power-skating and skill development. Players will learn proper body position, edge control, and how to lengthen their stride. Skill development includes puck protection, passing and scoring. Each team will have collegiate style practices in the afternoon that consist of team play and concepts. Players will also work out with the Princeton University Strength and Conditioning coach.
