About This Activity
5 day/4 night swim camp held on the campus of NC State University. Overnight/Commuter Camp for ages 9-18. Elite camp option is for ages 12-18 (no exceptions to age) similar to the 4 day elite camp last year and the training option in last year's 5 day camp. Elite camp participants should be used to training 2+ hours daily with regular dryland routine. Traditional camp option is for ages 9-18. Same number of workouts as the elite camp and will have dryland, but the swim and dryland will have a heavy emphasis on technique. All campers will eat together and have free time together and will be housed in same dorm building together. Underwater videos w/ analysis can be added for additional fee. For commuter option, Sunday evening will be 5:00-9:00pm. Other sessions Mon-Thurs 8:30am - 6:00pm (Thursday ends at 2:00pm). Optional: Come back to NC State on Sunday, June 28 for the Wolfpack Elite Summer Invitational open to all 2026 swim camp participants. A short course SANCTIONED meet full of fast swims and fun! Cancellation Policy: The initial $150 deposit is non-refundable for any reason at any time. Any amount paid over that is refundable before May 1, 2026. There are no refunds starting May 1 except for documented medical conditions. There are no refunds for any reason once camp has started.
