To accommodate anticipated demand and available lane space, we are offering the same clinic session twice on April 12. For this session, please arrive by 9:45 AM so we can begin promptly at 10:00 AM. The clinic will include approximately two hours of in-water instruction and 30 minutes of classroom analysis. Our focus will be on the short-axis strokes — butterfly and breaststroke — with an emphasis on the timing, rhythm, and kick mechanics that drive power and speed. Swimmers will receive detailed technical instruction on: -Stroke efficiency and timing -Breakouts and transitions -Turns -Underwaters and breaststroke pullouts The classroom portion will reinforce pool instruction through video review and stroke breakdown. We’ll slow down key movements frame-by-frame to highlight technical details and provide swimmers with a clearer understanding of how to improve performance. This clinic is designed to give athletes actionable feedback they can immediately apply in training and competition.
