About This Activity
Please arrive by 9:45am to ensure we are able to start on time at 10:00am. This clinic will have over 2 hours in the pool and 45 minutes in the classroom. We will break down the stroke technique for the long axis strokes - freestyle and backstroke. The goal is to create a longer, smoother stroke that is faster, more efficient, and less prone to injury. In addition, we will work on breakouts, turns, along with underwaters and backstroke starts. The classroom portion will reinforce what we are teaching in the pool. We'll review videos and be able to slow things down to go over each detail of the stroke.
