About This Activity
Please arrive by 9:45am to ensure we are able to start on time at 10:00am. This clinic will have over 2 hours in the pool and 45 minutes in the classroom. We will break down the stroke technique for the short axis strokes - butterfly and breaststroke. These are power strokes where timing and kick are integral to a fast stroke. In addition, we will work on breakouts, turns, underwaters and dive starts. The classroom portion will reinforce what we are teaching in the pool. We'll review videos and be able to slow things down to go over each detail of the stroke.
