About This Activity
Description
The Blue Marlins are a summer recreational teams that competes with other area teams. Open to boys and girls, beginners as well as experienced swimmers between the ages of 5 and 18. New swimmers must be able to swim, without assistance, the length of the 25 yard pool before the first day of practice. We offer clinics to help get new and returning swimmers ready for the first day of practice. Practice times vary by age group. Specific information is in the team handbook found at www.crpd.com and www.cordovabluemarlins.com. Swim meets are on Saturdays in June and July. Register early for the best price and because space is limited for each age group.Attention! New swimmers must pass a swim test to participate on the swim team. Swimmers 10 and under must be able to swim 25-yards without assistance, and swimmers 11-18 must be able to swim 50-yards without assistance. Open House dates held at the Cordova Community Pool on 2/10, 2/17 or 3/9.
