About This Activity
Description
Join our recreational synchronized swim team! Coaches will teach swimmersthe sport that combines dance, gymnastics and endurance in the water. Swimmeet dates vary in June and July. The team is open to beginners throughexperienced swimmers between the ages of 5 and 18. Swimmers must becomfortable in deep water and able to swim without assistance: 25 yards(ages 10 & under) or 50 yards (ages 11-18). Practice times vary and move to mornings in June and July.Attention! New swimmers must pass a swim test to participate on the swim team. Please join us for open house dates at the Cordova Community Pool: 2/10, 2/17 & 3/9.
