A.M. - STRATEGY + LOGIC BOARD GAMES: Strategy+Logic Games Camp, is an enriching Board-game Camp that looks beyond the borders of Chess (this is not a chess camp)to explore many of the ancient board games from all other civilizations and cultures! We play historic games, home brew games, award-winning strategy and card games, explore new math and STEM concepts, host create-your-own workshops, and hold amaze-making competition—all in a board game camp designed to foster social skills, creativity, critical thinking, and fun! Depending on how the week goes, we may also introduce popular RPG games! You don't want to miss this Camp!

P.M. - CHESS CAMP: BayAreaChess combines fun and learning while promoting team spirit and an academic edge! We'll cover the very basics for new students to the game and can challenge more experienced players with more advanced concepts. Campers will have the opportunity to learn the moves of the pieces, piece movement, opening strategy, tactics, checkmates and endgame play with our top professional coaches. Through chess, students also gain valuable life skills like sportsmanship, strategic planning, and teamwork. Our mission is to transform and enrich the lives of students through chess. Acquire new knowledge, new experiences and new friends with Bay Area Chess!
