About This Activity
Description
Learn how to cruise the bay on our solo kayaks. They are an easy and fun way to exercise while seeing part of the Bay few get to enjoy. This class is geared to those who have never tried a kayak or want tips on how to be successful. We teach proper form, maneuvering and how to navigate the inner harbor/Bair Island. All participants must be able to swim and tread water. Kayaking requires a moderate degree of fitness and balance. No prior water paddling experience is needed. Learn to love kayaking while exploring Bair Island!
Participants 13-17 years old are welcome must be accompanied by a paid adult.

Participants need to bring a towel and water bottle; and sign the BIAC waiver.
Participants must bring their own personal floatation device (PFD) if they have one. We have some available, if needed. All participants must be able to swim and tread water.
