About This Activity
Description
Children's Aikido classes are designed around the development of balance, coordination, and working together with a partner. Through the use of exercises and games we teach connection and receiving, conflict resolution, getting out of the way of harm, and appropriate use of power through Aikido techniques while having fun. The path of Aikido is one of peace and self understanding.
Students may attend all class days each week, or choose which days work best.
