About This Activity

Description

Combining and alternating short cardio intervals with weight training is a great way to reduce fat, increase stamina, improve sports performance, plus strengthen and tone your muscles. Certified Personal Trainer, Sandy is experienced, skilled, and emphasizes proper form with modifications for all fitness levels. Let's get motivated, have fun, and improve our health and fitness together!
