Purpose:- Gain basic aquatic skills and swimming strokes.- Learn skills and concepts needed to stay safe in and around water and to help yourself or others in an aquatic emergency.
Prerequisites:- None. - This is a beginner class for teens and adults with little to no swimming experience.
