About This Activity
Description
Online portion must be done prior to class.
Most participants take this course to satisfy the coaching requirements required by a national governing body, such as USA Swimming. This course is not intended to train individuals to become a lifeguard.
Prerequisites: - Participants must be at least 15 years of age- Participants must be comfortable in chest-deep water
