A playful orientation to water safety.
Through instructor-led songs and dances. This unforgettable bonding experience assists parents in guiding their child’s behavior and introduces children to class participation. This class is not intended to be learn-to-swim lessons.
Children must wear swim diaper. Adults must wear swimwear. Adult:Child ratio, one child per adult. Please allow time for parking and plan to be on deck 5 minutes early so class can start on time.
Bring your own towels and swimsuit. Goggles are recommended but not required. We do not allow floatation devices for children.
Limit of one class per person per session. If you sign up for a class that is too advanced, your child may not be able to participate in that class for their own safety. If unsure of level, please call our pools to seek guidance with a Senior Lifeguard regarding appropriate swim level. Incorrect level registration will result in no or partial refund. If a registered participant cancels or does not continue in a program, NO REFUND, NO CREDITS, NO TRANSFERS will be given. Failure to abide by rules may result in suspension from program with no refund of fees paid. Enrollment in incorrect class will result in a $15 transaction fee.
