Description
I am excited to offer a focused 3-Day Culinary Intensive designed to maximize hands-on experience and skill development.This elevated Level II camp is for young chefs ready to refine savory techniques and explore more complex recipes. Campers will master dough handling, shaping, filling, and flavor balance while creating globally inspired dishes such as Meatball Calzones, Bruschetta, Korean Sausage Buns, ham and cheese mini quiche, Italian salad with homemade dressings and garlic bread.Recipes are prepared mostly from scratch using high-quality ingredients. Each child completes and finishes their own creations.Drop-off only.No ingredient substitutions. Please notify staff of allergies at least 5 days prior to camp. Note: A material fee of $10 is due to the instructor on the first day of class.

Refunds: Full refunds will be issued for cancelled events and/or classes only. Credits and transfers will be allowed if the PRCSD is notified prior to the second class meeting. Due to limited space and high demand, no refunds, credits or transfers will be given for Aquatics, Day Camps, or After-School Programs.
