Description
This afternoon Level II baking intensive offers an immersive, hands-on pastry experience for students ready to elevate their skills.With extended 2.5-hour sessions, campers focus on technique, precision, and presentation while creating internationally inspired desserts including Japanese Fruit Sando, lemon and blueberry scones, Apple Rose Tarts, NYC Levain style chocolate chip cookies , Mini Kouign-Amann, and madeleines cookies. Made mostly from scratch with quality ingredients, this camp builds confidence, creativity, and refined baking skills.Drop-off only.No ingredient substitutions. Please notify staff of allergies at least 5 days prior to camp. Note: A material fee of $10 is due to the instructor on the first day of class.

Refunds: Full refunds will be issued for cancelled events and/or classes only. Credits and transfers will be allowed if the PRCSD is notified prior to the second class meeting. Due to limited space and high demand, no refunds, credits or transfers will be given for Aquatics, Day Camps, or After-School Programs.
