Description
We are excited to offer a focused 3-Day Culinary Intensive designed to deepen baking skills and confidence.This refined Level II experience is ideal for young bakers ready to advance their pastry techniques. Campers will practice precision measuring, layering, shaping, and presentation while creating Japanese Fruit Sando, lemon and blueberry scones, NYC Levain style chocolate chip cookies, Apple Rose Tarts, Mini Kouign-Amann, and madeleines cookies.Recipes are crafted mostly from scratch with premium ingredients. Each student completes their own pastries while developing independence and artistry.Drop-off only.No ingredient substitutions. Please notify staff of allergies at least 5 days prior to camp. Refunds: Full refunds will be issued for cancelled events and/or classes only. Credits and transfers will be allowed if the PRCSD is notified prior to the second class meeting. Due to limited space and high demand, no refunds, credits or transfers will be given for Aquatics, Day Camps, or After-School Programs.
