About This Activity
Description
Youth Adaptive Dance is a fun and inclusive movement experience designed for children and teens of all abilities. This class encourages self-expression, confidence, and creativity through dance, while accommodating various mobility and learning levels. Participants will explore a variety of dance genres, incorporating music, rhythm, and movement that engage multiple senses in a supportive and welcoming environment.
Notes: To support sensory sensitivity, headphones are available for those who may benefit from reduced auditory stimulation. Accommodations for participants are available. If accommodations are needed, please reach out to kjaime@riversideca.gov. Classes will not be held on City-observed holidays.
