About This Activity
Description
Adaptive Tai Chi instruction: where each student will be encouraged to participate to their own individual level. Foundation skills in the 13 Ways will be taught as well as Meditation and Five Animals Qigong. Aids and any Assistance Providers are Welcome.
Note: No class on: 9/1, 10/13,11/11, 11/25,11/26, 11/27,12/23, 12/24, 12/25, 12/26, 12/27, 12/28, 12/29 and 12/30.Tai Chi is an Internal Martial Art that uses the body’s own energy to protect and heal itself. It is taught in slow, health promoting movements which are accessible to people of many different ages and abilities.
Refunds: Full refunds will be issued for cancelled events and/or classes only. Credits and transfers will be allowed if the PRCSD is notified prior to the second class meeting. Due to limited space and high demand, no refunds, credits or transfers will be given for Aquatics, Day Camps, or After-School Programs.
