This 45 minute all levels, full body, circuit style strength class offers lots of cardio, strength, core, and fun!! High and low intensity options. Utilize multiple types of equipment from weights, steps, bands, balls, gliders, etc. Goal is to sculpt lean muscles and increase your metabolism to burn fat more efficiently. Finish your day off with s BLAST of fitness!!
