Age as of December 31. Teams are formed based on the school district in which the child lives and/or attends. Practice is determined by the coach, but most teams practice in the teams school district. Once basketball teams are formed, coaches will meet the week prior to Thanksgiving to receive rosters/equipment and choose practice times.
