Participants will learn the fundamental skills necessary to play the game. Key areas of focus will include developing hand-eye coordination, ball handling, and performing simple team drills. As the class progresses, students will refine core lacrosse skills such as passing, shooting, and cradling. Emphasis will be placed on teamwork, communication, and understanding the basics of game strategy, ensuring that players not only build individual skills but also learn how to work effectively as a team.
