About This Activity
level 3 Stroke Development: children must be able to swim half the length of the lap pool. Rhythmic breathing is taught. Introduction to breast stroke and butterfly strokes. Intro to safe diving. Children who have completed preschool 3 can transfer into this program once age allows.
