About This Activity
Description
The "Noivce/Intromediate/Advanced" class is the 5 & 6 level formally know as the 'Orca', 'Swordfish' & 'Shark' level for children ages 6-15yrs. Participants will work on refining their front, side & back breathing for 100 yards, coordination of arm and leg motion for Butterfly and Breaststroke, ability to perform a back crawl, alternating arm and leg action for 50 yards.
