About This Activity
The DCA and CIT day camp training week will provide you with detailed learning and practice of the skills and knowledge needed to lead day campers and to work collaboratively and cohesively with your DCA and CIT colleagues. From developing outdoor skills to honing leadership abilities, this is where your competence and confidence are boosted as you prepare to work directly with younger girls at camp.
