About This Activity
The DCA and CIT in-person orientation will allow you to get to know fellow DCAs and CITs (day camp and sleepaway camps) as well as review the skills, knowledge, and expectations to excel in your role at camp. You will engage in hands-on activities and team-building exercises to foster a supportive learning environment. This session will provide a foundation so you can work with other DCAs and CITs and camp staff to guide and inspire the next generation of campers.
