Come spend some time and unwind with us. This program will consist of using our garden space for various meditative and mindful activities. Program is for participants 13 years and older. No direct supervision provided.
The City of San Diego, Parks and Recreation provides therapeutic programs for children and adults with any type of disability. Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist (CTRS) work with participants on social and recreational skill development, leisure education, appropriate behavior, and recreation participation in inclusive environments.
