Allied Gardens 15 & Under Youth Volleyball League. Each team will practice 1-2 times per week based on the availability of their coach. Assessments will be held week of September 14 if necessary with practices starting the following week. Game and practice days and times TBD.
Refund Policy*Full refund of the league fee- application submitted at least 10 days prior to draft date*
**50% of the league fee- application submitted less that 10 calendar days prior to the draft date**
***No refund after the draft date***

Refund Policy:
No partial refunds or make-ups for missed classes (i.e. routine illness, vacation, or other schedule conflicts). Sorry, no exceptions. Online transaction fees and processing fees are nonrefundable. There are no refunds allowed after the start time of any class. All refunds are paid by check from the city treasurer. To obtain a refund request form, please contact the site supervisor.
If a recreation class or program is cancelled by the City, a full refund of activity fees will be issued except the City will retain the following:
- Any transaction and credit card fees
- Activity fees led that $10 (excludes transaction and credit card fees)
- No refund or transfer for non-attendance at any class
- No credits to account
Written refund applications must be submitted, using the City form, in person at the facility where the program occurs. Refunds will be processed in accordance with the following policy:
- Leagues (individual registration only) - Refund request will be granted based on the following requirements:
- Full refund of the registration fee - application submitted at least 10 calendar days prior to the draft day
- 50% of the registration fee - application submitted less than 10 calendar days prior to the draft date
- No refund or transfer - after the draft date.
