Theme for this program is: American Comfort Foods
Join us while we get messy in the kitchen making simple culinary creations you can make at home. With American Comfort Foods we will create national treasures like Hamburgers, Grilled Cheese Sandwiches, Tacos, 3 Bean Chili, Macaroni and Cheese, Pizza, Biscuits and Gravy, and other American favorites over the 4-week program. During class participants will be encouraged to try these foods and learn how to prepare them as easily and as healthy as possible. They will also learn the importance of kitchen safety and the Chefs Code: "Clean as you go," which is important in every household.
