About This Activity
Description
Participants Will stomp, shake, and cheer while perfecting their body motions, arm control and building their cheerleading confidence. Youth will learn proper stretching techniques and increase their flexibility, core strength, and stunting basics that will be including stunt exercises (not actual stunting), team building skills and body control. This class will include cheer vocabulary of motion and prepare all cheerleaders for their cheer season.
