From developing outdoor skills to honing leadership abilities, this is where your competence and confidence are boosted as you prepare to work directly with younger campers. New Program Aides must participate in this PA training week, held during the first week of day camp or the third session of sleepaway camp. Campers who participated as DCAs or LITs in past years are not required to attend a PA training week. Please see page 8 of the camp guide for additional information.
