*This class is on an invite only basis; please contact Rock n Tumble staff for more information* This one-hour class is the next step up from our Academy course. It is tailored for academy students who have successfully mastered the following skill prerequisites: strong handstand, cartwheel or round-off, bridge kickover, and pullover on bars. Please Consult with your teacher to ensure suitability; a teacher's invitation is necessary for registration.
