Whether you are looking to get in to better shape or learn self defense, our Adult and Advanced Youth Class is for you. The Adult and Advanced Youth Class is designed to challenge adult and youth students 10 years of age and older. In order for youth students to participate in the Adult and Advanced Youth Class, they must be mature enough for occasional independent practice in class. In this class , students are introduced to more advanced techniques and drills. Sparring is practiced regularly in this class. Board breaking, grappling and light contact sparring with pads is introduced in this class with close supervision. This class is designed to continue to developing students' self confidence and self discipline.
