Meditation is led by Kadampa Meditation Center.Meditation for Kids Sundays 10:30am-12pm Ages 5-12 Meaningful topics such as patience, kindness and generosity along with emotional management tools are presented in a light-hearted and fun way making them accessible to kids. Classes include short guided meditations, inspiring stories, and a craft activity. Parents can stay with the kids or attend the adult meditation class across the street
