About This Activity
Description
This class consists of 6 classes and attendance for all classes is highly recommended. Each class will cover different materials and is progressive. Class is designed to provide students with basic knowledge and skills to play the piano (or any other instrument or to sing). The students will learn how to read sheet music, basics of keyboarding, and how to make beats and rhythm through writing, coloring, singing and rhythmic exercises. After completion of this course, students will be ready to start playing simple tunes on the piano.
Required materials: pencils, an eraser, scratch paper. Specially prepared textbooks will be provided.
