This sign-up page is for SMC/KBC Members only. IND members use different code. All participants must have an active assessment on file.Enjoy a pizza buffet at BJs followed by a private viewing of the live action Moana movie. Drop off at BJs (1370 Frazee Rd, 92108) and pick up at Ultra Star Theaters (7510 Hazard Center Dr # 100, 92108)
The Summer Nights program is for Kick Back Club, Social Motion Club, and Independent Club members. The group is for teens and adults with a cognitive impairment. It is designed to increase leisure independence, community functioning and build social skills through experiential opportunities within the community and at recreation centers. Register early, space is limited. If program is full, please add yourself to the "waitlist", additional spots, if available, will be pulled from the "waitlist". Must have assessment of file prior to attending the outing.
