Rock 'n Tumble Academy classes are designed for boys and girls ages 5 through 11. Students are divided into small groups within this age range by both age and skill level. Our non-competitive program teaches technically correct gymnastics using safe progressions. Classes include warm up and conditioning plus instruction on vault, bars, balance beam, floor, air trak, and trampoline. Our experienced instructors will develop your child's strength, flexibility, agility and confidence. At Rock 'n Tumble, learning gymnastics is FUN as students earn special awards as they master new skills.No class April 1, 2025If the participant has special needs and/or requires special accommodations related to a disability, please contact the facility at 858 552-1687
