About This Activity
Description
This co-ed youth volleyball clinic is geared towards players of all levels ages 10-12. This program will focus on the fundamental aspects of the game, with emphasis on refining technical ability and strengthening individual athletic confidence. The classes will consist of conditioning drills in offensive and defensive, passing, setting, spiking, and serving.
KNEE PADS ARE MANDATORY. Please also bring a water bottle.
Please call North Clairemont Recreation Center at 858-581-9926 for all refunds, and questions. Knee pads are mandatory. Your child will need to bring a water bottle to each class.
