About This Activity
Description
This co-ed youth volleyball clinic is geared towards players of all levels. Ages 12-15 @ 5pm to 6pm. The program will focus on the fundamental aspects of the game with emphasis on refining technical ability and strengthening individual athletic confidence. The Classes will consist of conditioning drills in offensive and defensive, passing, setting, spiking, and serving.
