About This Activity
Description
The youth volleyball program is designed to develop and enhance players fundamental skills on passing, setting, serving, digging and blocking in a friendly and team-oriented environment. The program is for children ages 10 to 12 years old, and teams are formed by a draft based on the number of participates registered. All players will be participating as a part of a rotation for all games. Teams practice twice a week, and games will be held at North Clairemont Recreation Center Gymnasium. Practices will be for at least an hour, and players are encouraged to attend at least one practice per week. Game location subject to change based on the number of teams participating in the Youth Volleyball League.
Skill Assessment/draft will be held Tuesday, September 15, 2026, 6:00 pm in the North Clairemont Recreation Center Gymnasium. Knee pads are mandatory.
Practice days and time is based on the volunteer coach's and gym availability.
VOLUNTEER COACHES ARE NEEDED!
Your child CANNOT participate/play in any other volleyball league/school/club/tournament during our season.

Please call North Clairemont Recreation Center at 858-581-9926 for all refunds, and question. Your child will need to bring a water bottle, and knee pads are mandatory. Mandatory evaluation is Tuesday, September 15, 2026 at 6:00 pm
