About This Activity
Description
Build strength and length in this full body slow flow. Class is ideal for beginners and those who want to spend a little time in each pose. Class will include core work, standing balance, mild backbends, twists, side body, core strength and stretching.
ADULTS ONLY
Please bring your own mat to each class.
Note: Free trial on the first day of session.
